How much notice does Pepper's Pastries require for an order?

We require a minimum of 3 days notice, although we recommend giving as much notice as possible. Cream teas must be ordered two weeks in advance to allow you time to choose your choice of sandwiches and goodies.

Do you deliver, or can I collect from you?

You are welcome to collect from us in the evening or on the weekends.
We deliver free of charge within Lower Caversham and for £3 within a 3-mile radius. We charge £5+ for anything in Reading. Please contact us for a quote for areas outside Reading.

Do you have a food safety and hygiene certificate?

We have a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate.

How do I place an order?

You can either email us from the 'Contact Us' page or call us on 07810 766412.

Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order is £8, excluding delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

We use PayPal, a safe and secure website - when you call to place your order we will provide you with information to pay via PayPal. Or you can pay cash on collection. We do not accept cheques.

What is the shelf life for your products?

We recommend that all our products be eaten as fresh as possible, but in the unlikely event that you have any goodies left over, our cakes and biscuits stay fresh for 3-5 days. Please ensure that you keep them in an airtight container in a cool and dry place.

Are your products suitable for Vegetarians?

All our products are 100% vegetarian, unless otherwise stated.

Do you offer a free-from range for restricted diets and allergies?

Unless stated, our products do not contain nuts, but are cooked in a kitchen which does, so there may be traces.
